CALMNESS IS POWER


Learn the secret of calmness... 

“Calmness does not mean to be in a place where there is no chaos, trouble, or hard realities to deal with. Calmness means to be in the midst of all those things and still remain mentally, emotionally, and physically centered. ” Angel Chernoff 

Are you a caretaker? Always consumed, always wondering if you’re doing it right? 

How were you taught to live in this world? Does everything you do always remind you of other people especially your parents why you did something and often tell you that you were wrong again? 

You get noticed because of the wrong you do!

So you lose trust in others because you don't know if they like you. Until fear develops in you when you make a mistake. It's like you don't want to talk to others and you say you don't care about my life. 

Being quiet is not the basis of being calm. What matters is why you are silent and why you need it. 

Can you stop thinking about what other people will say to you?

Why not value the three things that will help you to be safe?

RECEPTIVENESS - First of all. You know that if you’re not breathing everything is worthless. So let’s be thankful for our lives. Let us not waste our lives because of things that shorten our lives. Sometimes we value even more the things we think are the true measure of our character. Whatever you have or whatever you don’t have is not based on who you are. So don’t be afraid of what others will say and don’t be afraid that you have things you can do wrong.

Silence with serenity in spite of the chaos and absence. Until you understand you are still alive and you still have many beautiful and good things to do. Than to think wrong.

REST- Second, proper rest. So we are careless because our body is carried away by our neglect and worry. If you lack sleep you will certainly be easily irritated. If you are undernourished or hungry or very hungry you are more weak and easily upset. The same is true if you are not doing the right thing to your body. Lack of nutrients, lack of water but full of foods that do not help our body we can easily get sick. It is a disease that also causes us to leave this world easily. Proper sleep, proper food and proper rest if you want to live happily ever after.

RENEWAL — calm people have time for prayer or meditation. Hoping that God will give you the grace to be peaceful and loving. You believe that God can do something about everything in our lives. Like a plant that grows because of the raindrops our faith or spiritual life grows with the guidance of the Holy Spirit of God.

Let's help ourselves. If you see someone fighting, don't we try to calm them down? Sometimes we tell others when something bothers them. KALMA KA LANG!
